Can I use a Stage 2 map with these mods?

THe exhaust you have will allow you to use stage two mapping. The map, however wasn't made for your intake so that could cause issues. The recommended intake for stage two Accessport mapping would be the factory intake with an upgraded panel filter or the Cobb SF intake.

So as Parker stated above, it would be wise to go back to your stock airbox unless you plan for a protune.
