its a tanabe concept blue turboback. its 80mm the whole way which is a tad bigger than 3". which means the only turbo back that flows more is the aps 3.5 inch super expensive system.

You should file a claim with Paypal as a precautionary measure. You can always drop the claim once the item is received. Sucks that this guy doesn't have the decency to at least respond. If you look at his feedback, he's obviously had some issues before. Good luck

You have the Paypal documentation, you have the alleged scammers alleged name and city of residence. It may be best just to turn it over to some bigger guns.

I got scammed out of 800 worth of wheels by on honda tech over a year ago. The FBI didn't do jack **** after endless emails and calls from me and another person this guy scammed. All they did was took the complaint.. and nothing else.

From personal experience, FBI wont do anything unless the case has over 50k in losses. I use to run a fur coat business with my dad. Sold 2 coats totaling 11k. Person sent the money via paypal, and after coat was shipped person filed a chargeback on my azz. Even with proof of shipping, still paypal ripped me the seller for over 10k taking it right out of my acct. We had a lot of money in our paypal to cover refunds and ebay costs and was running a legit business and paypal just took 10k of it since the buyer frauded us and filed a chargeback. Contacted FBi and they did nothing.
Another incidence, some guy wanted to buy 10 pieces of fur jackets from us totally 39k and wanting to do a UPS COD where we ship the item and once they get it they hand UPS delievery man the Cashiers check. Guess what checks were fakes and actually had the guys real name and addy. Contacted local and FBI, and even hired a lawyer as a consultant. Guess what FBI didnt do jack. They only took the complaint and pretended to call us from time to time and said they are investigating, we even gave the authorities the guys real contact info and number and they never did anything. Its been 2 years now and the guy is still probably out there.
Now when I try to sell a few items on nasioc to part out my car, I refuse to use the worlds crappiest merchant PAYPAL. Yet my buyers thinks i am tricking them when i request them to send a bank wire or money order. There is nothing wrong with bank wires or MO since it still proves that they paid the seller so I dont get why people get so skeptical. It also seems everyone on this SIte and online that buys things is stuck to paypal and thinks how great they are.
In reality, we just have to use our best judgement when we buy things.

Wow, sorry you didn't get your money back. I also learned the hard way that paypal protection is complete crap, that's why I ALWAYS use a credit card now for paypal transactions. If a sale falls through like yours did, I just call the credit card company and reverse charges. Also, try calling your bank. I think if it's a bank like BofA and you complain to customer service (on the phone, not in person), they may refund you your money.

We are only forum moderators, not police. Our authority begins and ends with this board. We can't go to the guy's house and get your money. All we can do is what we have already done, move this thread to the scammer section and not allow him to make any more transactions on NASIOC until this is resolved. The rest is up to you, him and Paypal.
