Okay, so as far as I know, this just started happening yesterday, and it's a bit different from the other dome light issues I've searched through.

When the dome light switch is in the OFF position, the light stays off. If I put it in the middle "on when door ajar" position, it turns on when I open the door. However, it turns OFF when I turn it in the ON position. And it stays off if I open the door when it is in the ON position.

I have, though, been able to make it turn on OCCASIONALLY if I switch it to the ON position after I open the door when the switch has been in the "on when door ajar" position. At first I just thought the bulb was shot, but I replaced it and that didn't work of course. :D

Any similar issues, or ideas?

Nevermind, turned out to be a loose connection in the dome light apparatus. :banana:
