I did a search on the forums and no luck. I am looking to replace ALL the turn signals on my 2008 WRX with LED turn signals. Would this be safe for my wiring? I'm hoping to avoid the fast blink with the process of putting LEDs on all four corners. Input?

Sure it's safe for the wiring because LEDs draw only a fraction of the current of filament-type bulbs. However that is the reason for the fast blinking you will then get. The fix for that is either large resistors across each bulb (which get hot and negate the current savings) or an electronic flasher that does not have the fast-flash "failover" mode.
In addition to the above, if the housings and reflectors were not designed for LEDs the light dispersion won't be correct.

My taillights are LEDs already. The turn signals are in a clear glass enclosure. So I'm pretty sure the amber will shine right through. Any place you can find a write up on the resistors mod? Fast blinking = inspection failure? I guess I will go ahead and try it if they have LEDs available for the 2008 bulb type.

I hear that LEDs don't mix well in headlight housings. My turns are on the outside of my headlights. Should I expect at least 6 months of use from them? I don't mind replacing every 6 months. But shorter than that, not worth the expense.

For my 05 I used LED bulbs from www.Autolumination.com I have LED bulbs for the rear signal and reverse light, I had a set in the front signal but I compared the output to a regular bulb and the regular outperformed the LED.

My front bulbs are exposed and nothing covers them. They point straight forward. If I got LEDs they'd shine straight ahead. Going with amber leds anyways.
What if I just replaced the rears and ignored the fast blink? Would that hurt front incandescent bulbs? Where can I find the link for the resistor mod/way to make it blink normally?
Sorry for all the questions.

autolumination sells a direct replacement relay that you plug into where the OEM signal relay was, that fixes the fast blinking problem. Mine was located under the steering wheel dash.
