Just as the titles says, Kartboy Shortshifter for a 5speed WRX, had it on the car for about a year and a half. I didn't like it very much, but that's my personal preference; tons of people would disagree with me.
$70 shipped.

No, the lever ended up being too short and the engagement be too notchy for my taste, and not enough reduction in the throw for me to offset me having to move my hand down there all the time (I'm one of those hands at 10 n' 2 at all times kind of people :diaf:).
Anyway, I went to a 2.5RS shift lever after this one and called it a day. Like I said there's a ton of people that love this product and back KB's rep, it just didn't suit my taste.

does it come with bushings?

The pivot bushings in the lever, yes. Not the front or rear shift bushings though.
