Why wouldn't you give these guys tracking numbers on their refunds? BUYERS send money to sellers IN GOOD FAITH if they don't use escrow services or the like. RESPONSIBLE people ease BUYERS' minds with tracking numbers, communication and ultimately, the completion of the sale as prescribed.

Why don't you be a better person and help these guys out a bit? Send them their $$, by a means that is trackable, and PM them the tracking number. It'll make YOU feel better. I swear.

Maybe you're a good guy Hil.....but you're not really doing anything to ease the minds of those that have given you money IN GOOD FAITH.

If you're just out to scam, then i'll say this: You saw the guy that got busted for stealing the Skyline in Canada...right? so lets see, you mailed me the check overnight last friday (you also said that you deposited the 3000 dollar check into your account the same day. i got my check saturday and i know you are ligitimate when saying that it takes up to five days to clear large checks. CHASE bank even confirmed this. so that would be five business days, thats a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. you told me that this Saturday morning(today) funds would be available. the bank does not take more than the 5 allotted days, why would it be until monday at midnight?

Over on Pirate4x4 and ClassicBroncos.com we have taken care of all the scammers with the forum brotherhood working together. Post the info if someone has it, then we can get his phone number and start making calls. One such case was resolved since he lived at home and his parents and then grandparents forced him to man up as the calls were being made to everyone...now nothing threatening just constant reminders from dozens of members to tie there phone lines up all day/night.

Hope this helps as being scammed sucks.

That alone is enough reason for a judge to grant in your favor. As long as you have hard evidence of the transfer/check/whatever, plus a copy of this thread it should be a cake walk.

How did you send him the money Tysti? there is no need to belive in any kind of bull if you stuff don't show up in 2 weeks. remember, always to use Paypal, and file a claim after 2 weeks if item not received, it is that simple. it could even been better if you paid paypal by using credit card, just call the CC company, and they will give ya the refund right at the spot. Unfortunately, all these has to be done within 30 days after the transaction.
