I am running DW 740's with a green and am only seeing 80-85% at 20psi at redline. He's probably around 70% with the 850's. Just an off the dome guess, but he's definately got to be lower than 80%.

I have wanted to tune my 06 STI since I bought it and have been looking at everything but upgrades such as these. Could you tell me how much you spent on everything? And how much all wheel hp can an STI handel before having to upgrade the bottom end?

well it basically comes down to about ~$3500 for turbo, exhaust, modded injectors, fuel pump, inlet, FMIC, waste gate. Then welding for the waste gate was somewhere around 450. Then the first motor went due to overboosting and a horrible tune. as for the bottom end i've seen a bunch of different numbers but if i would had a decent tune the first time the car would be still running very strong.

Well since you are search button (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/search.php?) impaired or dont know that there is a vendor for sale section on nasioc (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=23) or just check out GruppeS as they have the lowest prices i find most of the time (http://www.gruppe-s.com/). My car is setup very similar to this one so hear ya go.
2006 STi
FP Green 3" inlet/8cm hotness = $1400
Catless TBE = $250 downpipe + I had the catback from my old car. A name brand TBE will run you $1000 or you can get an ebay TBE for $250.
Perrin EL Headers = $700. Ebay = $150
UR Up Pipe w/ Tial 38mm external gate = $500
ESX/Spearco TMIC = $700-$999, but I didnt have to pay for mine
APS 65mm CAI = $300
APS Turbo Inlet = $300
Grimmspeed TGV deletes = $280 plus you get a rebate for your stockers
DW 740cc injectors = $500 plus you get $140 rebate when you send your stockers back to them (http://www.deatschwerks.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=0_21_46&products_id=130)
Walbro 255lph fuel pump = $70
Perrin EBCS = $99
1 Step Colder Iridiums = $45
I have opensource but if you get EM thats another $150-$1500 depending on your choice.
If you wanna do it on a real budget you can buy all used parts or only buy the absolutely necessary parts. What i would consider absolutely necessary is:
Green
Injectors
Fuel pump
TBE
EM & Tune
