Cosworth just released a new oil pan baffle kit for all EJ20 and EJ25 engine applications. It retains the stock oil pan and bolts up to the bottom of the engine block. This oil pan baffle will control the flow of oil returning from the cylinder heads to the pan and direct oil from the rotating crankshaft, thus reducing crankcase pressure.

Some of you might have experienced a drop in oil pressure under high lateral G-forces. This Cosworth oil pan baffle has the added security of one-way valves that prevent oil from reentering the upper crankcase chamber thereby limiting blow by and preventing oil starvation during hard driving.

Looks very nice. Do you sell clear oil pans so I can show it off to my friends?

I run an 06 STi on track and experienced a drop in oil pressure at VIR in the uphill esses and at LRP in big bend. GST motorsports is also using this in their time attack GC8. They obviously experienced the same high g pressure drop issue...

Cosworth has these in stock at the moment and DSG got mine to me in a few days.
