I have an 02 wrx with nearly 130k on the clock
So far I have:
Accessport
ERZ Downpipe
ERZ uppipe (not installed yet)

I want to make my engine very reliable so I wont have to worry about modding it with this many miles on it.
I was looking at getting the Cosworth 2.2l Stroker kit with forged crank on ralliteks site.
How much would this help with my engines reliablilty by replacing all of the pistons and stuff?
What else could I do? I was thinkin jdm manifold of something?

I'd begin by reading the proven-power or built-motor forums. There is a lot of good info in there!

don't do it.

Here's why:

You have VERY minimal modifications right now, more or less the 45-minute driveway type. The fact that you haven't installed the uppipe indicates that you've so far been discouraged for one reason or another from undertaking a more time-consuming endeavor.

You're asking about "replacing all of the pistons and stuff". This indicates that you may not have a full appreciation of what is going to be required to replace those pistons n' stuff.

I've been at your stage of mods in the past and I'm going through my second built motor install at this point (some years later) and I can say with certainty that had I started this project back then I'd have gotten myself in way over my head. The moment you start talking about changing engine internals, the cost and time involved skyrocket. At a minimum you need to be able to knowledgeably discuss specifications and goals with your engine builder and coordinate multiple vendors/suppliers. It's also likely that "while it's out" you'll want to replace injectors, plugs, hoses, clutch and other parts that are beginning to wear. It can turn into a huge project.

According to edmunds.com, your 2002 wrx is worth between $6,545 and $9,036. Are you comfortable spending the entire value of your car over again? A crawford motor plus labor to R&R and replace a few wear items such as your clutch could easily run 6-8K after all is said and done.

I'd just mod your car as you want and replace the motor if and when that day comes (and start saving for that day now).

very wise words here... like was already stated, dont touch your motor and keep driving it. You never know how many miles you can get out of it. When it does go, I'd just swap in a stock ej25.

wrx motor is stronger than you think. stg2 is nonthing to be worried about.
