While there is no doubt that the "WLED-x6" (http://www.superbrightleds.com/specs/bulb_specs.htm) LED will fit as suggested in the thread above, I am just wondering if anyone can confirm if the "921-x12 LED" (http://www.superbrightleds.com/specs/T13_specs.htm) would fit as well? I suspect the 12 will be brigher than the 6 and I would like to use them if I could. I emailed superbrightleds.com last week but never heard back from them.

Thanks. I did check out those pages before posting, but I am not sure if I understand the cross reference. The parking lights are 168s and according to the cross ref table, I should get the WLED... but on the spec page (http://www.superbrightleds.com/mini-wedge.html) it said the 921 will also fit 168 but on the list that 921 replaces, I cannot find 168... Im confused :(
, scroll down, it says
"9-LED and 12-LED 921/912 Type LED bulbs fits 194/168 wedge base car bulb sockets
Available in White, Blue, Green, Red Amber and UV LED
9-LED bulbs have Narrow Viewing Angle LEDs and are polarized
12-LED bulbs have Wide Viewing Angle LEDs and are non-polarized
Replaces : 194, 921, 922 - SEE CROSS REFERENCE FOR OTHER NUMBERS "

Based on the schematics they provide for the various wedge base bulbs, only the base of the bulbs where they plug into the socket would fit.
It's the fact that a 906/912/921 bulb at the top is physically larger in diameter than a 168/194/W5W bulb.
Therefore, based on the size of the socket for the front side markers or the front city lights, a 906/912/921 bulb will not fit. These bulbs may work as rear plate lights because it appears that the clear covers would allow for it -- you would have to check out the dimensions first to determine if this would be true or not.
Hope this helps.

921's are physically too big for the license plate lights. Better off going with a 360-degree 192. I used those in my subie for years with no trouble. Also LED parking lights in the headlights, as long as they are good ones, will last for years. autolumination.com is a much better site, by the way.

I have the 360º WLED-WHP6 for the rear license plate and they're very nice.
For the city lights I installed the WLED-A6. I have had these in for about 8-months without any issues. They're inexpensive enough and so what if you're not supposed to install them within the headlamp capsule?
I like Super Bright LED's because of their service and their warranty policy, which is 1-year. I excercised the warranty on three different bulbs and opted for replacements. The turn-around time was 1-week.
I tried V-LED's and their quality and service is poor. They do however have a 1-month warranty policy.
I have not purchased from Autolumination. They do have a wide variety of LED bulbs available, however they do not offer a warranty as the above two vendors do.
Happy Motoring!
Only three or so weeks left to April 15th!
