Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knows whether I can run my Legacy Turbo without a hoodscoop. I got into a car accident and can't find another legacy hood with hoodscoop and most body shops don't seem to want to install my old one on a stock hood. So can I drive my Legacy Turbo with a normal, hoodscoop-less hood? Thanx

I'm not sure if you posted this is the wrong forum...but i'll try and answer it.
If your "chimney" is still in place, then you really still need it, otherwise you can probably get away without having it, unless you want to run a TMIC, then...
Well, you get the point.
If the LegacyWorks fiberglass hood deal went through, you'd be in good shape, but that's been well over a year in the making and doesn't look too good.

That hood scoop is functional, so I don't know what more to tell you than to do a hefty search.

I guess I'm just going to have to find a real functional hood. And yeah. I guess I posted this in the wrong thread, but thanx all for answering so quickly.
