Hey guys when I swapped my motor last summer i swapped in the ECU and harness as well, the car is a 2006 WRX with the factory cluster and hvac controls. the ECU and harness is out of a 2006 STi and they all work fine no extra bonus lights and all guages work including the outside temp. but the only thing not working is the ILL, any clue as to how to make this work?

I assume you have checked the fuse for this circuit already. I would then check for power at the illumination control module.
