I started a project to make a sub box that'll fit into the spare tire. The idea I have is to have a full size spare fit over the sub and act as sort of a grill for the sub. We'll see how it turns out...

I had thought about that...but it seemed to me unless you were willing to chop off the spare tire hold down the sub would not sit down like I wanted it too. Maybe you don't want it to sit down as far.

Yeah, it'll sit a few inches above the floor but that won't bother me. There will still be a bunch more room than with a big box sitting back there!

I just got done putting in the first layer of the bottom of the box. It's gonna take a while to harden because it is just above freezing out but oh well.

So it is now complete, sub in and sounds like a 10" can be expected...rattles things. I recently crashed the car this went into so if anyone wants to buy this box, give me a price...
