Too bad I'm not that skilled....I did one of them snow drift thingies in the Rockey Mountain National Forest a couple weeks ago and hit a tree. Sadly, my WRX is out of comission for a month...

wow, did anyone manage to get that turn in the press stage correctly :) That looked hella brutal!

There was a major ice patch there, which is why everybody ended up in pretty much the same place. I did the same thing four times (with only slight variations), and the general concensus was that the only way to do that corner right was to go v e r y s l o w. But what fun is that?

it was kinda cool to see the differences in what happens on the ice between the ways they setup for the turn, those that setup sideways continued sideways into the bank, those that came in non-sideways ended up understeering right into the snow ;)
