ok, i dont have exact numbers or figures at the moment but my shop says im reaching about 90% cycle on my 800 injectors at 17psi. gt35r turbo,2.5 block with forged pistons.. they are insisting i put in a meth kit and not upgrade injectors...whats your take on this situation?

wtf are you serious? something sounds wrong there, seen a 860 inj on 35r get tuned to 22 to 23 psi at approx, 75 to 80%.

something does not sound correct. I assume your running a fuel pump already. Whats your fuel pressure?

If you're running the stock FPR, have you even considered denting in the top of it to bump up your Fuel Pressure?

90% IDC's for 800cc injectors at 17psi on a 35r do not make sense to me. Are these modded stockers that have been flow tested?

Your fuel pressure is too low or your FPR is unplugged. I've run both PE800's with a GT30R at 28 psi (95% duty cycle), Modded stocker on the GT30R at 23 psi (90% duty cycle) and DW850's with a GT35R at 23 psi (90% duty cycle).

It is......i have a Aeromotive FPR in there. And they are PE 800 injectors. gt35r 1.06,1 Walbro

What is the fuel pressue? If you have an aftermarket FPR you really need a fuel pressure guage to be able to set it up.

i dont the know fuel pressure but there is a guage on top of it. its at the shop and i havent been back there yet.

edit. Built heads and cams by the way too.

since that whole incident..i DID put the meth...went else where and am running about 27psi rather then the 17psi and am NOW close to maxing out the injectors!
