Hey guys. I am selling this STi 5MT short throw shifter I have had laying around for some time. It is brand new and was never used. Significantly reduces shift throw lengths for crisper shifts and sportier driving. These retail for $295.00 and sell regularly for $225-250 online. I would like to get $200 shipped or best offer. I am open to all reasonable offers and request.

This will fit the following cars:
Fits 1998-2005 Impreza (except STi), 1998-2004 Legacy, 2002-2005 Baja, 1998-2003 Forester.

Free bump for you, I bought my car with this option. Everyone I let feel it who bought their WRX without the short throw option thought it was a lot shorter throw. I have since added a Kartboy Lever and front and rear bushings to it as well as the TIC pivot lever bushing, and all of this has helped, but it didn't make that huge of a difference, this setup that you are selling is wonderful the way it is.

I've never felt a WRX that had the stock (non-STi short throw kit) linkage with a short throw kit and bushings, but I have heard it is much tighter with this linkage.

Also for reference for anyone, if you were to purchase this and buy a Kartboy shift lever for it, it would have to be the lever for the 97-01 Impreza, the ball on the lever is smaller in this setup, and also the TIC pivot bushings need to be the narrow kind. The shifter bushings are the same for all years/models I believe.

Sorry for the threadjack, I love my shifting setup and think others should know how well this works!!

Edit: I'm sure this could be installed without voiding the manufacturers warranty as well, since it is a Genuine Subaru part.
