Well after searching and pm'ing/getting pm's back from other who had the same problem with the infamous "Taillights don't work" problem.Long story short I want to say what a cool board this is and thanks to everyone who helped and I hope this helps people in the future. After reading the problem about the fuse I quickly run outside and check visually and with a meter. No luck. After reading about the relay I run outside pull the relay and test.It reads good.Again no luck.I'm starting to run out of options so I figure there has to be a break in the wire.So I start to do continuity check all the way down from the switch to the bulb in the rear.I get to right around the back passenger seat door sill area and I yell "I FOUND IT!"right there the white/red stripe wire was cut,BUT the funny part was the end going to the trunk had a red wire connected to it and was going back up front.I saw this wire and just figured it was the remote wire for the amp (The guy I bought it from took out the system) so call me an ass for ASSuming.Anyhow I connect the factory wires ends back together, run over hit the switch and nothing.Baffled and after getting a few pm's about it being the switch.(Seeing how its the only thing I haven't tested)I get a toggle switch and tap into the orange wire coming off the switch and guess what happened.Everything works  I yell for joy "WOOWHO",but I'm not in the clear yet.Yes I can drive my car again but tomorrow I will find out how much this switch is from Subaru  Most likey its expensive, but maybe i'm still overlooking something so please anybody got anymore suggestions please throw them out there, and if this is it I hope this helps the many to come :D
