i know i am going to get flamed for this but right now i just want to get my car back together. i have a narrowband o2 gauge, im going to replace it with wideband in a few months but i would like it for now. what wire do i tap into to get the reading for this?? there are 4 wires off the o2 sensor 2 black, 1 blue and 1 white. this is from the o2 sensor in the downpipe, is the right one???? where should i tap into it? i will be soldering thisd as well. let me know as soon as you gurus can :) thanks in advance

I said it to you before and I'll say it to you again, tapping either of the O2 sensors on a 32bit ECU is a BAD idea due to the fact the ECU uses both sensors for diagnostics and fueling. Tapping the sensor wire will AT LEAST change the impedance of the sensor (and quite possibly more). Depending on how close to tolerances your engine is already running, this could be enough to royally piss the ECU off even if you manage to avoid a ground loop or offset.
Just don't do it.
Man up and wait a month or two until you can save up and afford to install a proper WBO2 in a new bung.
