So yesterday I am driving home when this mid nineties camaro pulls up next to me and yells something then pulls up ahead. I didnt really get what he said at first, but when i got to the light the driver said my car was a XXXXing pile of XXXX and that his evo was WAAAAAAAy better and faster than my pile of XXXX. I just said your car will go as fast as you can pay for. and tried to ignore the guy.

I just think its stupid that to justify buying an evo these weird yahoos in their camaros have to scream at me as they drive by etc. i dunno its just weird. I like evos, i think its funny that evo guys always give you crap for buying an sti. whats that all about? and on a side note, if the guy has an evo why is he driving a camaro?

I've had a couple run-ins with Evo's and they were both fairly good experiences.

1) Silver one on Bangerter License plate said 8yourv8. I really got a kick out of the plate so I thought I'd pull up next to him at the next light and compliment him on it...he took that as wanting to make a run. So, we did. At the next light he rolled down his window and said " You kept up pretty good there"...long story short, he was a good guy and had a nice car.

2) Met a guy at the carwash I frequent. He stopped over while we were drying the cars and we just stood there and shot the breeze. Talked about ricers, cops, trucks, Evo's and STi's...whatever. Didn't give me the whole " Better Than Thou " treatment.

I find the SRT-4 guys are asshats though. I passed one going the other way and he holds his hand out the window with the thumbs down motion....what a putz!

Yeah srt-4 guys and evo's are cocky people imo. I've meet few evo owners that are not 100% retarded(i'll never buy a dsm again). This silver srt by my house rev's everytime he sees me.... grow up people :rolleyes:

I do have to admit that the Subaru Community is the best ive ever been in. Minus one scammer and everyone Ive met has been completely awesome and arent full of fail and aids.

I also own a Honda, the Honda crowd is horrible and when there are meets they stick to their cliches and around the people they showed up with. They usually dont mingle like the Subaru crowd

I also own a Lincoln Mark VII, which has the Mustang 5.0 HO in it. When that was running and I was associating with a crowd, i was associating with the SLCSR gang back in 03/04. Most of those people were full of aids. It wasnt because of the egos of their cars, it was more of just how the people were.

I don't mingle well with very many usually because I own them bishes once they realize their car is slow....

I've only met a couple EVO owners, but they were all cool. I'm assuming the dip**** at the redwood SLCC campus is the anti-thesis of all the evo owners I've met. Every time I leave school at the same time he does, he tries to follow and race me everywhere on redwood and 45th south, then onto the freeway clear untill my ****'n offramp. I want to stab him in the throat.
