Hey i was wondering if anyone can help me out here. my car is making this weird noise, it makes this scratching sound like when the brake pads go out, it sounds just like it, but i just switched out all 4 brake pads and it still makes that noise. it sounds like it is coming from somewhere in the engine bay on the passanger side. the sounds seems to come off and on. it happens when im under acceleration and sometimes when im driving regular. i read up some forums that it might be the transmission or something? could it be my tranny fluid? if anyone knows something or has this problem too let me know what i can do to fix this problem.

Kinda helps if people know what they are dealing with from the start don't you think?

Try looking at your tranny fluid level and top it off if needed. If low it can give you that scrape/grinding sound.

If you are unable to narrow it down, people may recommend some good shops in your area that can help you...
