Fact: Jon used to be with a company called 'The Drop Shop' in Connecticut. The Drop Shop had many problems while Jon was there and Jon was related to the problems. Jon left and moved to NH. His problems followed him.

Fact: Jon used to be with TDC. TDC had many problems. Jon left, moved to Cali, and is now with, or is, HBSPeed. His problems of his past still follow him and evidently, someone feels so strongly about being wronged, there's a lawsuit. (See thread listed above for almost 3 years of reviews of TDC).

Notice that the date of Jon's post in July, and the edit about the car being returned was close to 6 months for the issue to be resolved (and other things could have been removed/edited from that 1st post after 6 months).

The "stolen car" was bull****. It was always safe and available. That car was returned and all moneys refunded, as SOON as he contacted me.

As for lawsuits TDC has had ONE, Which hasn't even had a trial date set. There are no problems that follow me. It will be settled in COURT

My customers in cali are VERY happy with what I do, because i treat them the way i would want to be treated.

The past is just that. With good funding, great people, great work ethic and tuning the shop here will succeed even with the occasional haters.....

Im only concerned that i continue to strive to provide good customer service on all levels of what i offer to every one in what i do in this industry and my business.

--KCIm not going it alone. Infact my only real job is to tune. Which i am very good at. The Corporation as a whole has to do well, i don't have to worry about ordering, wrenching, or any of that, since they are not my job.
Helps solve a lot of the issues of a "one man" shop that existed in the past, (ie no time to do it all)

jon is the man!!! my car blew up on the dyno do to some royaley crappy oil (mobile 1). jon was w/me every step of the making sure everything went right. my car was on his dyno 4x's!!! and he fixed some other incompatent mechanics work. jon didn't need to do this but he did any way. he stands by his work and it shows. now my rex is friggin awesome. jon does fantastic work, is great to hang with and is an all around good guy. other tuners/mechanics can learn a thing or two about from him.

The dyno is a Land and sea dynomameter
Reads similar to a mustang , or if i want a dynojet
its a loadable eddy current dyno that works very well for tuning
with a nice simulated road load setting.

it will be set to read exactly like Dynojet @ 400 whp

hey jon. I was one of the handfew people that was supposed to have been road tune in New Brunswick, Canada when TDC was suppose to come down and road tune a whole bunch of subys locally for our club.

for mike couldnt get through the border at the time, so i only got a vf39 basemap from him.

i payed him the 175$, and he said that he would still do an E-tune for me if i send him the logs or he'll refund 75$, i never received my refund. half a year later i still dont have any reply from him. I was wondering if you would honor the E-tune i send the log.

i know its not really your problem anymore, but being a former TDC, i would greatly appreciate it.

Its a land and sea dyno. Reads like a musting or a dynojet depending how i set it up initially.

More than acceleration Hp can be measured with DYNOmite absorption units, because they utilize an actual strain gauge equipped torque transducer. Measuring power under a controlled RPM load is vital for proper mapping of engine management systems and guess-free emissions work. Avoid “dynos” that simply spin the vehicle’s tires up against a roll's inertia (“flywheel resistance”) without any option to accurately control and measure absorption load. Rather than measuring torque, they derive it from the acceleration (similar to extracting Hp from drag-strip data). Such units can’t maintain a MPH or RPM setting, while displaying true Hp and torque – like a DYNOmite can! Sustained Hp and top end require an absorption dynamometer (i.e. a DYNOmite system). Unlike “acceleration spurt” inertial testing, these can load a vehicle indefinitely.* The absorber allows running controlled RPM step or sweep Hp tests. Everything is under computer control via the included Electronic Auto Load.
Simulate driving conditions on your chassis dyno by letting DYNO-MAX and your PC take control. DYNO-MAX features a “Road Load Simulation” mode that simulates vehicle momentum, air drag, rolling friction, etc. Enter the vehicle’s weight and drag data and allow the software to monitor MPH vs. applied Hp, as it adjusts the dyno’s road load accordingly. To the drive-line and operator, the feel is like actually driving along.
Front, Rear, or All Wheel Drive cars and trucks can be tested on the appropriate model automotive chassis dyno. Many allow front/rear torque bias monitoring and bidirectional mounting. Even large bikes and ATVs fit the 700 Hp dual-roller assembly. We can also convert many other manufacturer’s older, single axle, chassis dynamometers to AWD, with full Electronic Axle Synchronization, at a fraction of the cost of a new installation!

No more trying to use unloaded idle data to verify that repaired vehicles are in emissions compliance. Send your customers for state inspections with confidence.

I would. That's the most hp/$ you are gonna get. I recommend a hiflo catted downpipe as the catless ones don't give you any power increase(vs hiflo cat) and will stink up your car and environment. They are a little more $$$ however.

That sound was the wastegate flap hitting the divorced piece of metal on the downpipe. Design flaw ftl :(
