hey i was wondering what kind of mods can be done to 02 wrx bugeye headlights?

Search much? Sorry to give that answer but this is a popular topic that has been covered billions of times so there is no reason to start yet another thread on it.
It also depends on whether you are asking about improving function or just appearance. Functionally there isn't much to be done other than upgraded bulbs (which will help somewhat but not dramatically), beyond that you'd need to replace the lights with different ones (i.e. Morettes, EDMs etc.) Appearance-wise there are things to do such as clearing (see the Interior/Exterior mod forum and search this one as well).
And with that I'm going to close this as any further posting will just be repeating stuff that's already on the board.
