I have sti seat covers off an 06 sti brand new in perfect condition up for sale. i was going to have these re fabricated to fit my 93 jdm wrx seats but the fabricator said to sell these and do it from scratch.

All we can do is move the thread here, which we've done, and prevent him from posting any more FS threads until this gets resolved. As it stands he has not posted on the board since October.
Unfortunately that is where our authority ends. We are only forum moderators, not law enforcement and we can't go to his house and get your money. If you have not already done so you can contact the local authorities in his town and file a case with them.

WTF???? You waited SIX MONTHS before you started complaining??? I'm sorry dude, but there is nothing you can do at this point. You are out of luck and out the money. You should have started the claim process at 7-10 business days. Chalk it up as a learning experience.

i bought a factory nav piece for a gc from this piece of scum back in september 2008 and i never got it. this kid is a piece of worthless garbage when it comes to being honest when selling stuff.

i have tried pm'ing him both here and RS25 and i get no response ever. once he told me he was going to ship it next day, and enver did.

For any misdemeanor crime like theft under $500, you have up to one year from the date of incident to file criminal charges... just in case you're serious about this and have any personal info on the seller.

Paypal'd him money then picked them up a couple weeks after.
He was pretty easy to work with and seemed like a decent guy.

I texted him about 30 times, ruined his life on iwsti and phoned and emailed relentlessly until a package showed up for "Subaru Kirk." He couldn't even bother to find out my name.
