I have included a simple sketch of how my solenoid is wired up to act as a second stage. I have excluded the single stage which is wired through the UTEC.
Did this about a month ago. Both stage worked fine, kicked on when they were supposed to and I went and got tuned for it. All is well. Get on the gas one day and the second stage does not kick on(indicated by LED on the dash and some knock) but the first stage is fine. I slow it down, switch to my non alcohol map and shut down the alcohol system(dash mounted switch)

Im thinking maybe the pressure switch went bad. So Im driving around and I go full throttle and low and behold the second stage LED lights up when the correct pressure is reached. This is to be expected becasue the LED gets its power from the clock and the pressure switch grounds itself and the LED lights. The solenoid does not open because the power has been turned off.
So now Im confused. When the power to the alcohol system is on, second stage does not work, but when the power is turned off to the system, the LED lights up indicating the pressure switch is working. All was well for a couple weeks, not its not.
Edit: Forgot to mention that if I turn the ignition on, turn the alcohol system on, go under the hood and manually ground the solenoid(remove wire that goes to NO on the pressure switch and touch it to a ground) the solenoid works fine. Leading me to believe the pressure switch went bad.
