All you need is a 4.444 rear differential which I'm not including. I'm basically including everything you'll need to get this to work minus the rear diff. You might need a different shifter though.

As for hp, I'm not sure myself but I haven't heard anyone breaking one of these before. This transmission has type RA gears so its alot shorter and stronger vs the standard v4 STi transmission.

From what I know, this transmission will bolt onto any EJ series motor so in theory, it would work with yours. The gears are stronger compared to the v4 STi transmission so it should be good enough.

hmm once I find out some numbers this can hold and how much it would be to ship I might want!!!

i have the same tranny, if you think your going to launch or beat down, then this tranny isnt for you. sorry to jack. Once you get the car in gear, it will hold as much as you give it, but do not shift like you hate it!!!!!!! I have over 300+ and 330tq, no problems with 20,000 miles. This is a great "rally" tranny, Mine was built by Lachute. Its not stronger in the sense of "can i beat on it" the lower final drive helps takes stress off the tranny.

This trans is one of my favorites to drive, no other stock box makes a car like this one.

This is your standard RA set (280-300ft/lbs limit) coupled with the great acceleration of the 4:44 final drive and the DCCD. :)

If you want to put it in a GDB (02-07) you will need to swap the shifter yok off your stock trans but use the detent spring off the Ver.4 (aka 98' RS) shifter.

If you have an 06-07' you will also need a pull style clutch and flywheel and slave cylinder.
