Has anyone started a compilation of the weights of all stock, factory, and after-market parts for the Impreza?

I am interested because I am interested in upgrading my vehicle in the future. With some minor racing experience, I understand the importance of power-to-weight ratio. So when I purchase new and replacement parts, I like to compare the weight of each part to keep the weight down as much as possible.

If this weight list is not available today, it is possible for me to build up a web-site for people to enter the part name and its weight. Would anyone be interested in such a list?

Yes, I would be interested. I think someone has already done a list of wheel weights.

It will have to be pretty specific. For example, every different maker of carbon hoods seem to have a diffent weight.
