Hi I am not sure if the adjustment is the same as previously posted adjustments for headlights but here it goes....

I have an 04 wrx and the headlight assembly is sitting in a way that there is a gap between the outer bottom corner of the light assembly and the fender where it sits. As far as i know the rubber seal on the assembly should be sitting against the fender cutout where the headlight should be seating but it isn't. There is probably less than a 1/4 in gap. Is there a way to adjust this so it seats properly or do i just have to live with it?

Yes, this happened to me when i did my TSX retro fit.

there are two pins that are held into the fender with the rubber condom looking things, one is yellow and one is white i believe. i ended up having to eboxy my condem things in the fender since they kept falling out, but that should take care of it for ya.

You could also try pushing with some gentely, but forcefully at that bottom corner, that worked for me, for like 30 seconds than it would pop back out.
