I am going to be installing my prosport boost and oil pres this weekend. My question is when your connecting the end of a wire to the middle of another wire, what is the best way to do this? Is there a special way of doing this?
Thanks
Ryan

The best way is to cut the wire and solder all three ends together, or you could cut and crimp which isnt as good but still works.

cut off about 1/4 inch of the insulation using a razor blade.

solder the new wire on, wrap with elect tape. if you can get heat shrink onto the main wire, do it, the use it to re-insulate your connection

You can also use a tap crimp connector. 3M makes them and you can get them at a auto store usually.
