my friend locked his keys inside his bug eye sedan, we have the trunk open. is there anyway to get into the cabin from the trunk?

probably not. the screw/bolts you have to get from the cabin. pretty sure anyway. just break a window like a man..no, no j/k.

Have a small child crawl through the opening in between the seats?

Also, buy a spare key tomorrow...

if you can try to get the center armrest open and try to crawl through there i was abt to when i accidentaly did this but my center armrest backcover was luckily open!!! if u cant jus pull the window seal on the on top of the driver door handle and push the arm next to the lock that will get it open!!!

Use a couple of wedges to move the glass away from the seal in the door arch on the drivers door and press the unlock button with a stick.

FTW. Just dont bend the glass too far.

Where are the spares? Car should have come with at least three keys.

Let this be a lesson, always keep a spare key in your wallet, or a big rock in the driveway.

cut a hole in the roof, unlock car, enjoy free sunroof...

from the trunk push down the arm rest for the back seats, then stick your hand in there with a stick or wire and have some one guide you to unlocking the rear door.
