I am pretty much done with moble 1... I can't stand using it anymore so after 45,000 is it bad to switch or is my car used to that crappy oil?

can I use Motul 300v 5w40 for street and is 300v better then redline 5w40

You can run the 5w40 on the street without any issues.
300V is better than the redline, it's the oil that Prodrive uses in the WRC cars.
