Hi...I have 08 impreza 2.5i n would like to replace the stock light bulbs as I hate the yellowish look....so do you guys have any suggestion on what bulbs to get....i like those that white or a little blue-ish..and bright.... and good ones out there???? i dun wanna get HID as it sounds like a bad idea after reading a thread in this forum.....

You could upgrade upgrade the wiring harness for your low beams which helps by lowering the voltage drop across the wiring. The increased voltage can increase the output of the light; thus reducing the "yellowish" tone to your lights.

Blue coated bulbs will only look white but not bright. My friend and I did a comparison between blue bulbs and +50 bulbs. Although his blue bulb looks brighter where the light is directed, my +50 bulb luminates the road ahead farther. When you filter light, there will be some light lost.
