Hopefully you at least have a test light probe to check for power with. If you don't then you need to get one, or a voltmeter. You need to see if the main power fuse panel under the hood has voltage going to the fuses there. I assume you have already checked for bad fuses. If power is good there then you need to check the fuse panel under the dash.

That was the first thing I did.

Ok, so you are saying that all the fuses have been verified to have power on them, correct?
My next check would be the ignition switch, along with the main and ignition relays.

Heres the thing all the fuses are fine I took them out and looked at the, but with the test light the olny ones that are lighting up are the ones that are getting power the hazzards horn and door buzzer.

Those areas you mention are not tied to the ignition switch so you need to see if power is getting to the ignition switch. You should first make sure that the fuses under the hood have power getting to them, which I thought you said they did. If they are good then it looks like the ignition switch area is the trouble.

You need to see if power is getting to the ignition switch first.

there is no power to the ignition switch...though it would be because of a new turbo time clip that might be bad but I took it off and still no power.

You haven't stated what year and model car you have, I assume it is a '02 WRX.
There may be a white colored wire from fuse SBF-4, a 50 amp fuse in the panel under the hood, that supplies voltage to the switch. If you have voltage on both sides of the fuse then you will need to check for a break in the wire connection between those points.
