For the last few months I've been having an intermitent electrical issue with my 02 WRX. After driving for a while my power lock and windows will lose all power, along with my dash. Everything else is fine like the stereo and dome light. I can't figure out what it is. I've taken it to a couple shops that just don't seem interested in helping.

Someone please give me some ideas.

I should also mention that after some amount of time either driving or just having the car sit, everything will work just fine.

It looks like the areas you mentioned all tie to fuse SBF-6 in the main box under the hood. The fuse may have a faulty connection in it so I recommend you replace it and see if that fixes things up. It is a 30A fuse. Hopefully this will be a simple fix. If that doesn't work then I recommend you next check for power at that fuse while the trouble is occurring. This will show if the trouble is upstream or downstream of the fuse.
