Dont risk your motor! Proper instrumentation is a MUST on a modified high performance vehicle, Even more so on a turbocharged vehicled like your Forester XT, WRX, STI, Legacy GT and yes, even the Outback XT.
The reality is no matter how well you are tuned, you simply cannot trust that the tune is keeping your motor safe. Things in your motor change over time, weather changes, gas quality changes and even underhood problems like a loose hose can make drastic changes to how your car runs, possibly resulting in unsafe conditions that could damage your motor.
Many people feel that " I am only at X level of mods, I dont need gauges"
That is a dangerous thing to think. Even the typical "Stage 2" setup is more than enough to break pistons if the car is running poorly, and just because it "feels good" that doesnt mean its running safe. We have seen off the shelf maps that resulted in EGTs above 1900deg!
Oil pressure can drop, and you wont know that its starting to happen until its too late. With a gauge you may see it starting to have problems, and fix it before it costs you a motor rebuild.
We offer the full DEFI lineup, as well as AEM and Autometer.
We have the solution! We offer great deals on individual gauges, or some killer package deals.
Lets go right to the meat of it shall we?
The most common gauge setup is Boost, Oil Pressure and EGT.
Defi makes some of the most well known gauges out there, and I have put together a nice tidy package that can lets a person a tighter budget, who recognizes the need for TOP QUALITY gauges.
I have a package in the Defi Racer series of Boost, oil pressure and EGT, with an ATI 3 gauge pod/hood at prices too low to advertise. PM for an incredible deal.
What is the "Racer series"?
This is DEFI's budget series gauge. They come in 52mm, and they do not require a separate controller or brain like the more expensive BF series, and are priced a little lower per gauge. This allows you to get into a DEFI gauge, at a more afforable price.
You still get the "Opening show", and a very nice mount, along with a trim ring that you can rotate to set a pointer at the target values (if you dont want to use a hood or pod)
They come in Red to match the STI gauges, Or white, which goes well with the WRX and Legacy, as well as Blue, which is just plain cool. Check it out

Want to go all out?
We have the ultimate IN STOCK! The DEFI BF series gauges are some of the best out there, and an almost dead on match for the OEM STI gauges. These are available in 60mm only, and work perfectly with the DEFI 3 gauge hood, OR the ATI 3 gauge hood.
Of course on a modified turbo car, you should always have a Wideband Air/Fuel setup installed. You will definately need this if you plan on doing your own tuning.
Lets take a look at the widebands we offer.
The AEM UEGO is my personal favorite when it comes to stand alone widebands

AEM's Wideband UEGO Controller is also available in a gauge that includes a single-channel analog output with a Bosch O2 sensor in one unit! AEM's Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller features an LED readout and sweeping LED needlethat changes colors as AFR changes from rich to lean. The unit's 52mm (2-1/16") gauge housing fits in most gauge pods and can be remotely mounted virtually anywhere. No laptop required for monitoring!
Key Features: Bosch sensor included with the AEM kit, 24 Color-coded LED display lights provide immediate reference to engines air/fuel ratio (AFR) or Lambda, Integrated three-digit display reveals AFR or Lambda in real time user-programmable 0-5v analog output included for use with data loggers and ANY engine management system, Ideal AFR monitoring tool for carbureted applications and engine dynamometers, does not oscillate AFR like narrow band sensors, serial data stream included for output of AFR (RS 232), accurate to 0.1 AFR, 6 gauges in 1, one part number and you can have black or silver bezel with black or white face with a reading in lamda or AFR
