I believe it is both English and Japanese. The CD has both on it as well as the paper work it comes with.

I do not actually have a copy here at the shop to check. That item is a "ship in 1-2 days" for us which means we drop ship it right from HKS. I just sent our rep over there an email and asked if he can figure it out for me. As soon as I hear back from him I will let you know right away.
