Tonight I got pulled over by the CHP for doing 100 in a 65 in my WRX. As the cop followed my (Little to my knowledge) I did 70 on the 35 offramp, and then 60 on the 40 heading to my house. As I pulled through the gate of my appt. complex, I noticed the Chipper's red light. He told me to pull forward and then he asked me just how bad I wanted to get into an accident. Then he looked at my car and asked me what it was. I told him. I think that he was just jealous becuase he couldn't catch me, and then I railed the corner and impressed him even more. He asked for my excuse and I said that I hadn't one, then he gave me back my liscense and temp. reg. and said, "I was in the military once. Slow it down. Have a nice night." I was so happy. I guess that it had to do with the fact that I was wearing my summer white uniform. I am currently counting my blessings and cherrishing the fact that I still have a California Driver's liscense!

Great story. I'm glad there are a few good men out there(both cops and the kind that float on boats)(uh, no offencehttp://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/wink.gif ) The lord know's I've been let off for reasons totaly beyond me a couple of times... Heh...even with my normally athsmatic Impreza RS, I can't helpt but go at least 15 mph faster than the posted limit.
