LightWerkz 12-07-2008, 01:10 PM Right in the center of the back of the light, you will see the teeth on the wheel you need to turn. Just use a philips head screwdriver. Handsdown 12-07-2008, 02:28 PM make sure you use a phillips head that is the right size or you could break the teeth. !SUBARUUU! 12-08-2008, 06:30 AM is there any way u guys could post or send me a picture with the screw driver in where it needs to be? and which way do i turn it if your facing the car? thanks guys i appreciate it. Jncominco2 12-08-2008, 10:06 AM it should be very easy to find....it will probably just be right behind the headlight, you can see it in plain sight usually its gold/silver in color, and has some teeth facing downward you can find it...just look !SUBARUUU! 12-08-2008, 09:29 PM well i looked and there's little circle things that lead down into this thing that spins that has teeth and i keep spinning it both ways while they were on and didnt see a difference. Do i have to make them spin a lot or something? jdubya301 12-08-2008, 09:34 PM well i looked and there's little circle things that lead down into this thing that spins that has teeth and i keep spinning it both ways while they were on and didnt see a difference. Do i have to make them spin a lot or something? were you doing it up against a wall? or just in the open? be careful you dont raise it too much, you will easily blind oncoming traffic. why are you adjusting it anyway? !SUBARUUU! 12-08-2008, 09:38 PM up against a wall of course. yea i know i set the dial to 2 so that when there's no traffic around i can just put it down to 0 and it'll rasie them to where i adjusted them to so i dont have to keep putting on my brights. jdubya301 12-10-2008, 12:57 PM while thats not a great alternative to brights, i would do the same thing if i had leveling motors. just please make sure you dont blind the crap out of people !SUBARUUU! 12-11-2008, 04:26 AM im well aware of what im doing and i did say when traffic isnt around i'd switch it down to 0 i dont know if you had a hard time reading that or something so i dont understand how i'd blind the crap out of ppl but w/e jdubya301 12-11-2008, 07:28 PM im well aware of what im doing and i did say when traffic isnt around i'd switch it down to 0 i dont know if you had a hard time reading that or something so i dont understand how i'd blind the crap out of ppl but w/e trust me i read it. i just imagine if oncoming traffic comes around a bend on a country road, it will be a pain to flick off your highs, then reach down and adjust the lights. !SUBARUUU! 12-15-2008, 08:10 AM hey just becuase you suck at multitasking doesnt mean i do hahaha |
