So I have a 1996 Impreza LX and my speedometer needle reads ~4mph below what it should. When I'm at a complete stop, it rests below 0 (as seen below). Any ideas on what to do? It's quite annoying..:furious:

Does it idle shaky or just rest below zero on the gauge? If it idles poorly you've got more problems but if it just says its below zero as it sits a simple recalibration should do it. GL let us know

All it does is rest below 0 like it is supposed to be there. If a recalibration is all it needs, then that'd be awesome. Hope you're right!

I hope so too! I'm terrified to touch the guage panel so I don't exactly know how to recalibrate, but getting a scale back to 0 when its zero'ed... I'd assume its fairly easy. Might want to give a dealer a call just to see what they say. GL let us know how it goes!
