Has anyone seen any daytime running led lights
like those on the audi a4's...on the 2004-2005 STI...or any Subaru?
I have seen them on the inside fog light covers for the sti
but I was hoping anyone knew of more examples.
Thanks!

IIRC, Lightwerkz did this. There was also another member (completely random person, don't know who) that did this on an 06.

I think the member who did it was Nagg - or something like that. Search that member and you'll see what hes talking about.
There's a company called Soltek/Baja Designs that makes LED driving lights:

These aren't for cruising around town:

They are meant to augment your high beams on dark country road, and they are over $400 a pop and I don't think that is what you are looking for.
A lot of Hella driving lights come with "Celis Angel Eye Technology" which is a ring of LED lights that stay on when the main light is off giving you the Euro/BWM look.
