Well I'm having yet another issue with my car, now i'll be going and all of a sudden all 12v and accessory power is just cut off, nothing at all.... hazards and turn signals still work as do brake lights and interior, but no ignition, or accessory.

My thought's are possibly the main relay or if it has one a main circuit breaker...

I'm perplexed... can someone please help!:sadbanana::diaf:

There isn't a main circuit breaker though there is a main fuse but that feeds all the accessories so we know that is ok. I would suspect the ignition switch or the connection to it first.

Except for the minute or so after it cuts off when I don't have power at all.
that's why I was thinking a circuit breaker... except there are none on the car.
a main relay however, depending on how it's made could be the issue, honda's for instance have a lot of problems with solder connections on theirs, but I'm not even sure what mine looks like, all I know is that it's connected to the harness behind the glovebox on the passenger side.
Another thing I was thinking of is if the security system is connected to the ignition somehow it may disable my power for a minute or so.... but I would think the security light would light up though.

So my two main issues could be main relay or ignition switch/connection. Correct?

There is an ignition relay that may be causing the trouble. I would suspect that more than the ignition switch since they can cause this kind of trouble and most likely is the top choice. Some of the ignition switch connections are different in the START mode than the RUN so it is possible that the switch can cause this trouble also.

Use this link to help you locate the ignition relay. Take a look at page 56 of the data and view the blow up of the relay block panel. The ignition relay is tied to B157. The info is for a right hand drive vehicle so you will have to look on the driver's side for the same wiring.

Well I do beleive it is the ignition switch.

It seems it does it more in warmer weather... which i've read on many honda forums is what happens when they start to go out.

Same exact problems that I'm having
