Got tired of always lugging around a flashlight whenever I want to look around the engine bay at night (don't ask :lol:).

I can extend the wire all the way back to the trunk.

ebay? :lol: It comes in one housing, just need to get wires to tap into a 12V source. You can use the bolt in strut tower as the ground. How simple is that? :D

great idea, but clean up that engine bay wiring! $5 in split wire loom will do wonders, that just looks bad..

I always kind of wanted to add one of those to my car too, ever since I saw the one on my friends 97 Silverado.
