If you need a set of plug for the ballast I have a huge bag full of them. You can use them to make your harness.

It is still a good idea to build a wiring harness to power the ballast.

Those are just the power plugs for the ballasts. If your lights didn't come with them, you need a set of plugs to plug into the ballasts. They are not available from the dealer or anyone who makes harnesses, that I know of. You will need to make or buy a relay harness for the low beams. If you buy one you will still need to modify it and add those plugs.
The stock halogen wiring is designed for 55watts. When HIDs start up they can use 3 times that power. Using stock halogen wiring with HIDs is a good way to start a fire.
