The driver side seat in my STI is getting worn and I would like to replace it with somthing else like it or even a newer one in better shape. Anyone got anything kickin around?

Keep in mind unless your not to concerned about air bags... you'll need an STi seat with the side impact air bags and matching air bag connectors.

Not visually worn. There is a bar on the left side of the lower seat that stabs me in the is side of my leg towards my knee. Its like the padding between that side support and the cloth has shifted.

I drive 500 miles a week so its annoying. I wasn't aware that the 05 sti had side impact air bags in the seats. I don't think mine does but yes I would be concerned with that a little....maybe.

The WRX never really suffered from that though. Mine was an 04 WRX, and they have the same seats save for the cloth difference. I'm guessing the suede is what has shifted?

Yep. Might just go with a quality after market race seat.

and yeah, they have the side impact air bags. Even my wrx had it.

If you're having problems driving the Glenn in them, then I probably will to.

If I find some replacements I'm sure I will sell the stock seats. I'm talking with a few people now on some. I'll let you know.
