You don't need to buy a piggyback boost controller ever again! The one that is included with the EMS at no cost is state of the art. It can drive the factory or aftermarket boost solenoids and can work with all boost levels. It can run in open loop (MBC mode) or full feedback with a 357 point boost target table. Not enough? Designed to prolong the life of your turbocharger and/or oil, the Innovate Motorsports Auto Timer will allow a vehicle to idle the engine for a timed period, with the ignition key removed. This conveniently allows the engine oil and turbo center cartridge to cool down properly and prolong turbo and oil life.
This can be done by two programmable count down presets, or you can use its three auto timer modes (Low-Normal-High). A Manual Timer, Volt-Meter, and *Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Display are also standard features.
The Auto Timer Air/Fuel Ratio display range is 7.4 to 22.4, with a 0-5 volt linear input. The safety option for the parking brake can be used to disengage operation if vehicle is attempted to be moved without the key.

TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller
AEMs TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller is an electronic boost controller that combines the simplicity of a manual boost controller with the added ease of adjusting boost levels through a gauge interface. There is no external interface required for set up, and it is fully functional right out of the box. There are no gimmicks or special software programs included. If you want more boost press the button on the right of the gauge face, and if you want less boost press the button on the left of the gauge face. Its that simple, and IT WORKS!
AEMs TRU-BOOST Gauge-Type Controller includes everything you need, including an on-board 29 psig pressure sensor, built-in Overboost protection with two timed shutdown levels, a scramble boost setting and a low-side output for a warning light. AEM offers a 75 psia boost sensor for high boost applications (sold separately).
AEMs boost control solenoid (included) is the only one specifically manufactured for automotive boost applications, which means it wont corrode and stick from exposure to rich fuel mixtures, it is pressure tested to 100 psi and includes -4 AN fittings to eliminate any chance of leaks.
No external interface required for programming!

APS Dual-Vent BOV for WRX/STi
APS High Volume Twin Vent Blow Off Valve The Subaru Impreza WRX/STI has unique blow off valve requirements particularly when fitted with a large turbocharger. A blow off valve is a device that releases pressure from the turbocharger when the throttle is released. APS designed the APS high volume twin vent blow off valve specifically for the Subaru Impreza WRX/STI. It is an ideal enhancement for applications using the standard turbocharger up to large 600 hp units. With its huge capacity the APS blow off valve gives you the ultimate in turbocharger durability and improved turbo response particularly during gear changes.
A mammoth 1.417" (36 mm) internal bore size delivers huge capacity and at full piston travel, all ports are fully exposed for maximum blow off volume. The APS twin vent BOV features 30 micron hard anodized, T6 billet aluminium body, low friction bronze piston, all stainless steel hardware including spring and Viton 'O' rings. The large primary vent is designed to plumb back to the standard entry point which ensures the best driveability during cruise conditions and cures the erratic idle and engine's rich condition (on gear changes) problems seen with after market external single venting blow off valves. And for large turbochargers running high boost pressure levels, the APS twin vent blow off valve continues to vent through to the second stage port.

2004-06 Subaru Impreza STI Plug & Play EMS
AEM is proud to introduce its Electronic Throttle Control-equipped (ETC) Plug & Play Programmable Engine Management System for the 2004 Subaru WRX STi (Part # 30-1820) and 2005-06 STi (Part # 30-1821)! The combination of AEMs powerful engine management software, coupled with their ETC module, delivers complete engine control AND immediate throttle response via the factory sensors.
ETCWHAT IT DOES
AEMs ETC is a drive-by-wire system. AEM Engine Management Systems for WRX STi models incorporate the ETC system, which controls the factory electronic throttle body. When combined with the companys programmable engine management system, this unit delivers complete control of the engine via the factory sensors and actuators and works with the OE drive by wire system without a piggyback module. It is important to note that since this (and all) AEM Plug & Play Programmable Engine Management Systems are to be used on off-highway racing vehicles, installing the EMS negates the factory cruise control function.
WHY YOU WANT THIS EMS FOR YOUR STi
Various OEM ETC systems design the accelerator position-to-throttle position transfer function for optimum tailpipe emissions and fuel economy, resulting in slow engine response that delivers a feeling of lag from the time you press the pedal to when the engine responds to this input. In other cases, the OEM Drive-By-Wire (DBW) system will deliver a sense of perceived performance by providing more open throttle than actual pedal input (for instance, 30% pedal input with 70% throttle opening event response), which could make attempting to pass a vehicle on the racetrack ineffective at best. AEMs ETC unit was designed with throttle response as a priority. It is calibrated to deliver direct 1:1 throttle opening response.
Additionally, AEMs WRX STi EMSs eliminate the need to convert back to mechanically actuated throttle body control units, throttle position sensors and throttle blade actuators to attain throttle control when using a stand-alone EMS without an integrated ETC unit on vehicles equipped with OEM DBW systems.
ETC CRITICAL SAFETY FEATURES
The Firmware for AEMs WRX EMSs are custom-tuned specifically for the corresponding WRX STi models to ensure optimum performance and safety. Since the ETC system uses all of the OEM redundant sensors and wiring, it continuously monitors all sensors and actuators for proper operation. If a fault is detected, the ETC module transitions to a Fail-Safe mode and gracefully disables the throttle body while allowing the engine to continue to run at a high idle (approximately 1500-2000 RPM). This function maintains power-assist braking and steering, allowing the user to safely stop the vehicle.
It is important to note that the ETC systems safety and Fail Safe strategies rely on vehicle components as delivered from the manufacturer and include (but are not limited to) wiring, ETC relay, accelerator pedal assembly and throttle body. All of the original components must be installed and functional to ensure both optimum and safe performance of the ETC unit in the EMS.
ENGINE MANAGEMENT FEATURES
The 30-1820 and 30-1821 EMSs plug directly into 2004 and 2005-06 WRX STi factory harness and require no additional wiring or hardware for operation. Windows-compatible software simplifies the manipulation of data and the Tuning Wizard allows users to create a base map specifically for a cars configuration regardless of what type of injectors, non-ETC related sensors, coils or other changes have been made. Additionally, AEMs EMS includes six general-purpose outputs and seven definable switch inputs for the integration of nitrous, water/methanol injection, map switching and more! -Closed-loop fuel and ignition control: Knock control can adjust fuel and timing to prevent engine damage when detonation is detected. O2 Feedback can adjust fuel to achieve desired AFR. Exhaust Gas Temperature control can adjust fuel to achieve desired EGT
-Individual Fuel and Ignition trims for each cylinder
-Internal Datalogging: EMS records any 16 channels at up to 250 samples/second, can be reconfigured for over 10 hours of logging. Datalogger can be activated based on vehicle speed, engine RPM, throttle position, and manifold pressure
