So I finally got the color of my HVAC changed to blue and was happy with the results and decided to move on to try changing the color of my cruise and fog light switches. I'm trying to change it to blue but once getting the switches off, am having trouble figuring out what to do to change the color to blue. Has anyone changed the color of theirs to blue? If so, how did you do it? i'm not thinking bulb condoms will work and didn't know if the bulbs in the switches could easily be changed to leds. Thanks for any input.

I sent mine out to Prodrivenauto and they did an awesome job. I tried taking mine apart prior to sending them out and it seemed a bit too mych for me without breaking them. The leds Peter uses in them are custom made by him, at least I haven't found them anywhere else during my research. I believe he also clears the green film on the inside if the buttons as well. Here's a crappy pic of how mine came out which truly don't do them justice.

I pried open the switches to take a look at the inside and put covers on the bulbs (just to see what it would look like). I went out to plug them back in and see what it looked like, but the main bulb would not turn on, only the top one did. I'm not sure why it didn't light up as I did not even remove it. Any ideas?

Try flipping the bulb that didn't turn on 180 degrees and then put it in the slot. When I got mine back from Peter, I had to do that to switch the polarity on the indicator light for the fog switch.

Tried it. For some reason the bulbs will not light up when I turn my lights on. I'm not sure why but am not going to mess with it any longer. Sending to Prodriven Auto!! lol
