Here is the story, I was changing out my rear drivers side wheel bearing and to discontect the ABS sensor of course. But when I was done putting the car back together the ABS light came on? I checked the sensor to make sure that it was properly seated, (i think). and I even cleaned all of the metal shavings that were on that magnetic point. Can this light be cleared or reset to see if it was damaged or needs to be changed?

Mine came on once and I just pulled the fuse to reset it. Light was gone when I started the car the next time

You cannot read ABS codes with an OBDII reader, it can only pull ECU codes. For the ABS, you can either have a dealer scan it with a Subaru monitor tool, or do the procedure in the service manual to read the code through flashes of the ABS light.

So I pulled the ABS fuse out this weekend and the ABS light is still on. The step is to attempt to replace the ABS sensor right?
