Can someone put me in the ball park with what psi I should be at with my new v710's. I was usually around 32-34 psi in my star specs last year. Also, is 45-50 degrees too cold for them? should I go with the 275 rcomps or stick with my 245 dunlops? Thanks

I ran around 32-31 frt/29-28 rear

Yea it might be a little to cold to get heat into them. but that really depends on how long the course is.

I think your piggish STi will heat up the 710s. They'll be loose until they heat up....but Josh's pressures are about right. Chaulk the shoulders to determine rollover and adjust as necessary.

Absolutely wait until you get some heat in them, they really are a good tire though.

Nice info on the pressures. I've always run mine 38 hot, though I haven't experimented with them too much. My one time co driver liked them at 43, though he was a (very good) Camaro driver and liked it super tail happy. I'll have to play with the pressures a bit tomorrow.

I had a used (almost dead) set of v700s I bought with a set of wheels. I noticed better traction with higher pressure, 35-40 than with below 35. Granted I was on a mostly stock suspension at the time, so your results may vary.
