I am tearing down an ej25d that had blown head gaskets. The car ran into the shop before the engine was pulled and was told there was no rod knock. I haven't taken the oil pan off or the heads so I am not 100% sure of the condition of the short block. However everything else on the engine appears to be in great shape. I am open to offers on these and would like to have everything sold in the next 3 weeks so I don't have to haul stuff home from school.

So is the intake from this bigger than the one that would be on my 2.2L '95? If so would it bolt up?

Well i dont need and intake haha, im just thinking of ways to improve my 2.2L without spending tons of cash.

I finally took the entire engine down...the rod bearings are perfect. Also verified the miles on the engine today to...124k miles on the short block and no signs of any issues at all...

Everything is off the engine and looking for a new home...

Sorry the block was sold a few days ago. I had it for way too long and practically had to give it away to get it out of my dad's garage.

If you're really needing an engine pm me back and I'll give you some info to find one. I have a lead on another block I might be able to help you out.

That is unfortunate, but I am looking pretty hard to get a motor ASAP, so anyone who has one, or knows where to get one, PLEASE PM ME!
