My region (Rio Grande) is hosting the Farmington National Tour May 15-17. Although I'll be driving, GASP?! a Honda, I'd like to see some Subaru's there!

This should be a great weekend of racing, it's at a casino with a horsetrack and apparently they are hosting a carnival in an adjacent lot that weekend so it should be a very family-friendly event. Dry camping and RV Parking are available at the event site and Hotels and Restaurants are only about 15 minutes away. The meet and greet will be at the casino so everything is close and convenient!

Quoted for truth! ;)
daveyboy 04-11-2009, 05:13 PM bump!
daveyboy 04-29-2009, 10:10 PM So far STU is the largest class... .
xcdhridr 05-04-2009, 12:48 PM I have a seat open in my car if anyone's interested. Should be able to do well in ESP, and could possibly race it in XP for more tires too (I'd love some extra hoosiers).
If you want, I could probably taxi you down there so you can just fly into DIA (denver) on friday morning. I expect to leave town around noonish-2ish friday and get in late friday night.
PM me for details.
xcdhridr 05-15-2009, 12:17 PM so are daveyboy and I the only ones going to this?
Chiketkd 05-16-2009, 09:44 PM Day 1 results are up: http://www.scca.com/documents/resultfiles/13619_Saturday%20provisional.pdf
Looks like they were only two run groups.
piknockout 05-17-2009, 11:07 PM Looks like turnout was light, but pretty good crowd in STU. Congrats to Wiggy on the 3rd place trophy! :D
Chiketkd 05-18-2009, 12:02 AM Congrats to Drew on a win in ESP!

xcdhridr 05-18-2009, 02:18 PM Thanks. Fun event and a nice drive there and back for me (around 7.5 hours there 6.5 on the way back).
The hoosiers are dramatically different than the kumho's I was running. It'll take some tweaking till I'm comfortable with them. I ended up running about 35psi front 36psi rear (when I was running 28f and anywhere from 32-48rear with the v710's). Looks like I was rubbing the fender on the drivers side the second day too (had some fast right hand sweepers). I really should just bite the bullet and get a re-valve/new springs. ger. But for the near future I'm just going to re-raise it up a bit. =(
I shoulda been faster both days, but just wasn't comfortable on the tires yet. Luckily I didn't need to drive 110% since there wasn't much competition.
Smark got two kegs from Ska Brewing so there was a nice shindig sat after the fun runs.
We need more people next year.
Chiketkd 05-18-2009, 03:34 PM I've also sampled some Ska brew c/o Smark at Solo Nats last year. Good stuff!!!
stimpy 05-29-2009, 06:53 PM It is a little late but I was there running 90 STU.
Thanks. Fun event and a nice drive there and back for me (around 7.5 hours there 6.5 on the way back).

What suspension are you running Drew?
I bet a lot of people were apprehensive about the new venue, but the lot is great. The town was soso but we found some good food and the Three Rivers bew-pub.
xcdhridr 06-01-2009, 06:52 PM Tein Flex's with 10k springs front and rear.
After the initial wear, I was able to drop the tire pressure more in the front. I got to 29 front 35 rear at the last race and they felt good.
