Cleaned up the install on my Eboost2 last night and was debating on tapping the ECU for the RPM/Boost feature. Has anyone done this before, opinions, suggestions?

I posted this in the 2.5 forum with no reply.

I don't think the ECU keeps track of actual boost. I have a new GReddy Touch and it gets all of its info from the ECU and I get a reading from the intake manifold of PSI but it definitely does not correlate with traditional boost numbers attributed to turbos. I need to get an addtional harness to read turbo boost.

For the RPM part, there are AVC-R install instructions around here which show the ECU pinouts, but I don't think they will be able to help you with your '78 Schwinn.

 Thanks for the heads up. I'll take a peek and see what I find.

I read that some folks need to use a resistor to keep the stock Tach working, has anyone experienced this?

Eboost wired in successfully. Used the power and ground from the clock pod, and tapped the ecu for RPM signal at the 134 block, pin 23, green wire.
